In 2007, Steven West’s mansion on West Paces Ferry Road was selected. It’s a huge honor, and the city’s top custom builders seek the opportunity. All during the Christmas season, the home is open for tours. Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Magazine works with a charitable organization and donates the proceeds of ticket sales to a worthwhile cause.
